What to do if size doesn't fit?

Exchange of item, within 5 days

The day that we send out the item is counted as Day 1. You may send an email to us at simplicity2009@live.com.sg to request for an exchange. Exchange of items will be revised under the discretion of the management.

How to request for exchange?

Send us an email stating the reason of exchange, and item that you wish to exchange for in that email.

Once approved, we will give you an address to mail your item back to.

You will have to mail it out within 2 days or the exchange will not be valid.

Please note that for every exchange, postage and handling fees of $3 per item will be imposed on buyer.

Payment for this $3 will be paid through bank transfer only.

If the item you want to exchange for is of a higher price, you will have to top up the difference in amount.

If the item that you want to exchange is of a lower price, there will be no refund of the difference.

So, we would usually encourage our customers to choose items that are of the same price.

Payment for the difference in amount will be transferred via bank (ATM or i-banking) to us.

Exchange is only valid for 5 days, counting Day 1 as the day we send your item out.

Terms and conditions for Exchange of Items

There will be no refund of cash.

You may not exchange more than one time for each purchase.

A $3 charge of postage and handling fee per item exchanged will be imposed on buyer.

Refunds

We do not have a refund policy in Simplicity, please refer to top section for our Exchange Policy.

Once you receive your items, please check for defects.

Please report to us within 5 days if any defect is found on the clothing, counting Day 1 as the day that we send the item out.

We will not be responsible for any defects if you do not report them.
